I've been dealing with Cigna for over a month now. They denied/closed my claim due to insufficient information, even though my Dr.

filled out all their forms. The same person has given me different requirements to meet on each of 7 different phone calls. I truly believe they try to confuse people and delay payments until you're exhausted and give up. My reality is that they will win based their own arbitrary deadlines and that it would cost me more to fight them than the claim is worth.

I know this for sure: Insurance companies don't make money paying claims. We're not Patients, we are customers.
