Buyer beware. You maybe stuck having to use the worst insurance company by far, but they hire people with no skills.

Clearly they are hiring people from the bottom of the barrel that are generally stupid, or dumb and poorly trained to be robots with minimal information.

Spent an hour trying to do a simple password reset and they help desk is absolutely worthless. They could not get their own system to work and had NO EXPLANATION..other than "gee it works when I try it ", i don't know why it won't work when you input the same exact information, Talk about incompetent and they could care less how much of your time they waste. THEY ARE Worthless. Also beware of their claims people.

They are equally incompetent and just read a response they have been told to tell you. They lie about..
