Cigna has used all pathetic tactics to stall payment for disability. They do not return phone calls.

Cigna says they fax info and they don't, yet blame their customer for not getting medical information and hence, payment is not made. When I call and push and threaten, Cigna gives a few crumbs...a payment for a couple days. (like that's going to pay the mortgage). And, I will need to go through the entire hassle again for a few bucks.

I have Cigna on email, documentation, showing their incompetence and careless attitude. How sad a company sets at the level of pond ***.
