Cigna must get rid of all there New Zealand staff, they do not have an idea of how to work with customers.

Secondly do not use Cigna you will be very sorry the day you need to claim. I am a business man and never see that you must hold the line for 38 minutes and the person who answers the phone can't help you, please hold for next, it just sucks.

Wait for a simple answer for 4 days, need to call back and same thing, they never call back.

What will happen if there is a claim, can't imagine??????
