Cigna stole my money too

A clerical error on prescription processing resulted in a $240 overcharge. Upon trying to fix it, Cigna gave me nothing but finger pointing and “I’m Sorry, but there’s nothing I can do”. It’s my money, and now they have it. That’s theft.

They will not cover anything! Refusing long term meds I've taken for years, won't cover vaccines, they pretty much won't cover anything and I have only been with them for three months! We pay a hefty price for insurance, they should cover normal things! And they don't!...
