Cigna in Austin, Texas - Took money from account after being cancelled medical/life

I cancelled cigna and they took money out of my account I talked to them several times gave them the same info over and over and still no resolve yet 668.64 they oue me from cigna and will seek help from federal goverbment who over sees compamies like this to get FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

Cigna - The Worst

I have Cigna Phamacy through my employer. I have to get a specific blood pressure medicine through them. I have gotten several emails notifying me that I am ready for a refill and I *think* that I am ordering more meds. Meanwhile, I look online several days later wondering where my meds are and the site says they can not fill the prescription. Under my employee clinic, I have to go in to get any prescription filled. Total waste of time... then I have had to get the prescription, take it to a CVS and pay about 40 or dollars for the same meds..... And Cigna refuses to pay the difference. I understand that it is my obligation to check on meds- but dont send out notifications telling me one thing and not doing what I expect.....
