Poor customer service. We are in August.
I called because they haven't sent me a Bill and every time I call they said I am goid until November then I get a letter telling me I will be cancelled if I don't send payment. They had dropped my son in February without letting me know so they have credited my account and that is the reason I didn't owe any money. They claim the never got proof that he is still going to college which they never asked for. Every time I call no one seem to know what's going on because there is no notes in the system.
What happened to Cigna? If I was the manager there no one would have a job.
They all have a paycheck because if the high premiums we pay . The least Cigna can do is provide good service!
