I am on high blood pressure medicine. I pay a monthly payment to Cigna, plus there huge deductible.

To date they have paid zero towards any medical care for anything for me preventative or anything else. I requested a refill from my pharmacist, but Cigna told them I was not allowed to get a refill until January 8th 2015 even though my doctor prescribed the medicine for the next year and I had run out. Warnings say that you should not cold turkey stop taking this medicine. So even though they pay nothing zero nada towards my costs they take the action of telling the pharmacist not to give me the medicine.

Can someone explain this???? Because these people make me sick literally.
