Someone in another state was paid under my policy. When I went to use my dental coverage it was exhausted.
I received copies of the invoices for payments to this other person's dentist under my policy. I kept calling and Cigna, telling them this is not me. Please DO NOT make payments under my policy. They kept paying.
6 months later when I had dental problems and needed root canal, I was informed that I did not have coverage. It was exhausted by paying someone other than me. I only pay the premiums. Their manager are just as poorly trained and their claims handlers.
I'm out $3,000, and waiting for Cigna, 9 months.
