I have contact Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy multiple times for the past 6 months regarding a bill I keep receiving that should've been covered through my insurance. I confirmed and coordinated benefits prior to service and months later I'm receiving a ridiculous bill for medication that was clearly covered by insurance, even Cigna Insurance verified that it was covered.

No one in this facility has any clue about what they're doing and you're put on hold for 30-45 minutes to get to someone who can't even answer your question. Their billing department is the worst (if they even have a billing department), I spoke to Rachel recently who was supposed to get back to me and still has not called back with status of this bill.

Monetary Loss: $9000.

Preferred solution: Stop sending me a bill for charges that were fully covered under insurance.
