Notes which I have faxed twice. My case manager is always out of her office so I requested to speak to someone else. Gwendolyn called me back. I was trying to explain to her, but I have Multiple Sclerosis and could not find my words and was stuttering.
She told me to Stop interupting her and listen. It was humiliating.
I have lost vison , balance and my brain and spinal cord or demylinating. This lady made me feel real bad about life.
