I originally applied for dental and got medical. When I called they acted like it had to be an investigation for it to be changed and the rep told me that I would be reinbursed for the funds that were be taken out of my check.
I called back a month later and no results just nasty reps with attitudes. I then asked for a supervisor they gave me Porsha,she said she would look into and personally call me back and never did. Today I called because its been 2 months and no results and they can't even find me in the system.
I'm a very dissatisfied customer and just want my money back. This was y'all mistake not mine so I shouldn't have to pay for it.
