Every time I tried to call, takes for ever. I got hang up the other day.
I hate calling Cigna for information. I do not like the automatic system they have. Is really hard to get in touch with customer service. I wish the customer service can improve.
I got a double card for my account and one did not work, i could not make any payments for my prescriptions and trying to call them took for ever and they could not help me to find out I had another car. I am very disappointed when it comes to talk to Cigna customer service. I still not able to get a answer to my question, the website also does not tell me much.
I just need to find out witch card is the good card. I do not need to be hang up for a simple question.
