on 2/8/17 called and changed the credit card that I was using to pay my debts. On 2/9/17 had a Dr.
appointment at MD Anderson where the Dr. prescribed some antibiotics from a previous biopsy performed. On my way back home from the appointment got a call from home delivery stating that my card did not go through. They did not change the card status when I called the day before, after that was settled was told to expect the meds in 48 hours.
I got a notice yesterday that it had just been sent out. So instead of 48 hours I have to wait 7 days. This has been going pretty much since I had to sign up for home delivery.
I tried complaining on the cigna web site but there is no link. Got ahold of someone through the on line chat they were not helpful My e-mail address is email@example.com
