For two months Cigna has refused to approve covered services and on their own changed codes to cheaper services which are unacceptable and not what my dds requested. He wrote a letter at their request even though it should be simply covered without that.

I have spoken to about a dozen people who told me and my doctors office contradictory things.

This is a simple case of them refusing to pay a covered benefit ordered by my dr.

THey overrode his orders and are cheating me. I consider this fraud.
