Called them to inquire about a claim that was processed twice and first told everything was right. 2nd agent took over 1 hour to state I would receive the credit back I was due.
After 2 weeks of no answer I called and told the agent was off buying school supplies and nobody could answer my question but her, unless they go through the entire research process again. So I just said goodbye and hung up.
Not being able to let it go, I called again and now went through the research process which only took 10 minutes; but this time I was out over $300.
So which person is right.
You know what, I don't care, Ill pay the $300 and find a competent insurance company. It turned out that I would have paid less if I had no insurance that what I paid because of the mistake that Cigna made.
