I called Cigna SEVERAL times to confirm they will have 100% covered for the service before i go for the service. My service provider also called to check for it.
After a few weeks, they send me a letter that they will not pay for it.
"notwithstanding the assertion of miscommunication by our customer Service Representative, express...."
It means Cigna customer service call 24/7 is equal nothing. they can tell you 100% free, 100% cover, BUT you might still got to pay for it.
DO NOT TRUST IT. I will definitely drop this insurance after June (end of contract), because i don't feel Cigna is NOT trust-able.
This person wrote the review because of problems with payment at Cigna. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $100 and wants Cigna to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was trust of customer assist call and terrible customer service. Author liked the most diversity of product. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
