Cigna - Cilgna is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The, customer service agents or reps, will ask to send information;l when the request is complete they say the document was not received.
I have talked to 7 different people, at Cigna, and have been give 7 different stories. If you get angry they hang up.
My account rep is out of the office there is no documentation as to anything that has been done on my account. I call everyday, to get my short term done, so I can get paid. They tell me it is my doctor's fault. I sat in the doctors office when the medical history was sent.
Cigna said they did not receive the history.
Every time I call they are having a very heavy call volume and sitting on hold for 15 to 20 min tells me I am not the only angry person that is calling in. The account agents do not tell you their name that also says we know we screwed you and do not want to retaliate.
