This is the Cignas game all the time, my family went through this,

First request from Cigna who is the Regulator of healthcare in your State, File a written Complaint against Cigna, in addition contact your State Representative, and request assistance from them. They are simply getting away with this, and people are not filing Complaints with the proper authorities, if only people knew how to properly fight these Criminals, that is positively all they are.

Stealing peoples premiums, not providing proper Healthcare. Employing an army of people to abuse the public, in not providing healthcare and then not paying for it.

Good Luck. Everyone together can make a difference and end these obsene practices.

These people are all what you said and more so!!! My son made an appointment, and no appointment was made when he tried to see doctor!

Took forever to reach them for am appointment then it women who work from home answering phone and it is horrible service! Going to file complaint!
