It takes 4-5 business days to RECEIVE reimbursement request sent by FAX!!!!!!!!!

So, if you fax you request on the last submission day - you are late and will never get YOUR money back.

It takes 10-20 minutes to get to the FSA account representative since the 800 number is for ALL CIGNA services.

You can call 100 times about the same problem and customer service will never know about your previous calls and about the problem.

You cannot see your account balance online, only on quarterly statements.

You don't have FSA card and IT IS REALLY HARD TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK using existing CIGNA reimbursement system.

Monetary Loss: $162.

I'm having a lot of the same problems. I sent in a claim form and receipts on 01/27/2011 and they have lost my claim form twice and my receipts once.

I always fax them together but one form or the other is ALWAYS somehow missing.

I've been on the phone this morning with 3 people and finally just got disconnected by their PRIVACY office. Unreal how incompetent they seem to be.
