I had four months of Cigna short-term due to a shoulder surgery and in the entire time I had to deal with a woman named Kristi G who absolutely would not return a phone call or communicate in any way whatsoever. The attitude she has is she is reading from a script and is not able to think on her own.

If she worked customer service for my company she would have been terminated by now , as a matter of fact because of the terrible customer service offered Buy employees like Kristi G the company I work for is dumping Cigna that's right they will lose multi multi million dollars and going with Aetna.

At the present time they told me about $2,000 I have contacted an attorney and will be taking them to court. It's amazing how the company like that leaves themselves open for lawsuit after lawsuit once the money dries out maybe they'll be a little bit more careful and who they hire to represent them.
