Cigna - Home delivery

Details
on 2/8/17 called and changed the credit card that I was using to pay my debts. On 2/9/17 had a Dr. appointment at MD Anderson where the Dr. prescribed some antibiotics from a previous biopsy performed. On my way back home from the appointment got a call from home delivery stating that my card did not go through. They did not change the card status when I called the day before, after that was settled was told to expect the meds in 48 hours. I got a notice yesterday that it had just been sent out. So instead of 48 hours I have to wait 7 days. This has been going pretty much since I had to sign up for home delivery. I tried complaining on the cigna web site but there is no link. Cigna in Jacksonville, Florida - Misrepresentation , impotent customer service in a foreign country

They sold us a policy on marketplace.gov, said our doctor was in network, took our money, then issued a card to us with another doctor who we did not know and said our doctor was not in network. No explanation. When you ask customer service for a supervisor, they hang up. Customer service is not in the Unites States. People with a thick accent with no power and little knowledge of how their system presents it self are pleasant but useless. Their customer service on two separate occasions was in Costa Rica but list themselves as being in Alabama or Georgia as I recall

Every one needs to report then to the BBB! And any other agency that could help shut them down!

They need to be treated like they've treated the ones that are responsibly for giving them their pay check!!!! US!!

Cigna - Sicna Sucks

Cigna must get rid of all there New Zealand staff, they do not have an idea of how to work with customers. Secondly do not use Cigna you will be very sorry the day you need to claim. I am a business man and never see that you must hold the line for 38 minutes and the person who answers the phone can't help you, please hold for next, it just sucks. Wait for a simple answer for 4 days, need to call back and same thing, they never call back. What will happen if there is a claim, can't imagine?????? Avoid them as far as possible

Dealing with Cigna is an absolute nightmare. I've personally reached out to them dozens of times over the last 4 months trying to resolve one small issue with a flexible spending account balance and each time a representative says they will get back to me within a few days. I never receive return phone calls and the issue never gets resolved. Cigna representatives intentionally delay resolution and mislead customers. Now they've successfully postponed the issue long enough that on November 1st, 2016 they simply removed my available balance and declared it "unused." CIGNA STOLE MY MONEY! If you can, avoid this insurance company at all costs.

Cigna - Customer Care Review

Details
Operator had no idea how to access an account balance for health savings account. Then said "we have been directed not to answer any questions on the subject". Ask for supervisor, "not available". Asked to wait on supervisor , it has been 34 minutes so far and no supervisor. Still waiting, I am a Director in my company, there is an amount of ability to influence who we choose for our provider. I will be using that influence.

I just recently placed a customer service call and i was on hold for over 20mins only to have the customer servuce agent return with the exact same info i provided to her, then she talked over me as i asked questions cordially, when i asked to speak to her immediate supervisor i was hung up on!!
