Cigna Customer Care Review

I just recently placed a customer service call and i was on hold for over 20mins only to have the customer servuce agent return with the exact same info i provided to her, then she talked over me as i asked questions cordially, when i asked to speak to her immediate supervisor i was hung up on!! Great customer service ill say!!
