I will give it ZERO STARS!!! TERRIBLE and if you can stop using them please do!

They shipped an order of medication to me for over $550 without reaching out to ask if I approved.

When I called them to stop shipment they refused saying it already shipped. It did not as it was a holiday and it was still waiting pick-up. I had the post office refuse delivery and return to sender. They will not confirm they received the shipment and they WILL NOT remove the charge as it is "their policy" on no returns for this medication.

Now I am living with a past due balance of over $550 for something I never received and I am sure they processed the return on the meds. Now I am going to have my credit impacted for something I never received!

AWFUL just awful.

Reason of review: Never wanted it!.

Monetary Loss: $585.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
