Tried a dozen times to contact this company via only ONE phone number and NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES. Spent over an hour and a half with them on the phone while at my job (lost that job, by the way, thank you) trying to sort out this ridiculous mess.
Asked for a contact address to complain and the person on the other line gave me the website...THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO CALL this company. Their customer service hours are the antithesis of convenient for anyone west of central time zone.
However, if they want to speak with you, they will harass you til kingdom come. I wish Cigna would allow us to leave this billing nonsense, and I wish there was a way to sue care centrix.
